We want you to feel comfortable before you even walk in. Here are straight answers to the things our clients ask us most often.

We give you disposable garments and fresh towels when you arrive. You change to whatever feels comfortable for you. Our therapists use proper draping during the full session so you stay covered and private at all times.

Yes, booking 24 hours ahead is a good idea. This is especially true for 4 hands massage, Moroccan bath with massage, and cupping sessions because these treatments need specific room setups and therapist pairing. Walk ins are welcome if we have space.

Just let us know at least 6 hours before your appointment. You do this through WhatsApp or a quick phone call. Late cancellations and missed appointments have a small fee attached.

Not at all. Our products are tested and safe for most skin types. Tell your therapist about any allergies or skin reactions before the session starts. We keep different product options ready and always check with you first.

It depends on what you book. Normal oil massage and body lotion massage run 60 minutes. Hot stone massage is 75 minutes. Moroccan bath with massage is 90 minutes total. Cupping takes about 45 minutes. We confirm everything when you book.
